I have had several sessions with specialist, Donna Phillips, and it was like magic. It seemed to relieve the chronic pain and stiffness that I have had for a long time. I would recommend both Reiki and Reflexology for anyone. It seems to draw out the pain I have from spinal stenosis, arthritis and feet problems from diabetes. It will release you and relax you.

Ion Cleanse Detox Foot Bath
I did a series of detoxes on myself to get started, and my results have been amazing! After my 6th session, the intestinal issues that I have had for over 25 years have disappeared. I stopped my IBS medication and remain symptom free. This has made a big difference in my life.
